    Description

This course is aimed at Business Managers in the automotive industry. Participants are either currently employed in the role of Business Manager (F&I) or are aspiring to the role.

They will develop practical insights and skills in leadership, management, motivation and team building to help them achieve their goals, improve productivity, build effective teams and increase penetration of financial and insurance products and achieve better referral rates. These courses are specifically structured to ensure that projects undertaken by participants incorporate their usual work practices with the aim of improving productivity and profitability.

    Purpose

The Certificate III in Financial Services applies to people who would normally be expected to be assessed as having competencies in financial services with more independence and decision-making under the following conditions:

    • You are autonomous, working under general guidance from others.
    • You may consult with others, give direction and lead by example.
    • You have responsibility for and limited organisation of work of others.
    • You apply knowledge with depth and a range of skills to a range of roles as well as operate in a variety of workplace contexts.
    • You are involved in some complexity with assisting clients and presenting products in line with the diverse needs of the clients and offer general advice to establish products that could be considered as suitable for the clients, whilst maintaining ASIC guide lines in conjunction with FSRA accreditation Tier II outcomes.
